Do you suffer from sleep deprivation? It’s not that uncommon as we might have thought. The studies show that almost half of the Polish population experience difficulties with falling asleep. And although it may not seam to be a serious problem, in fact it is. Sleep not only enables our muscles to get rested, but it’s also crucial when comes to brain regeneration, getting rid of the tocsins accumulated in our bodies throughout the day and many, many others. Sleep deprivation may cause a number of health problems, such as obesity, all sorts of mental diseases or having difficulties with memory and concentration. Therefore getting enough of it, it’s truly important. In order to facilitate the process of falling asleep, a group of scientists is working on a list of songs that might help us drop off.
