Spoons of Victory

Do you remember the  African  Vuvuzelas from the 2010  World  Cup? Well, Russia is no worse than RPA, they also have their special instrument for this occasion. 'Spoons of Victory': their shape resembles the letter 'V' like 'Victory' that they are about to achieve. The instrument was invented by Rustam  Nugmanov  and is supposed to help tapping the rhythm of the songs without causing as much  rumour  as  Vuzuelas . The 'Spoons' are made  entirely out of the wood  and look more  like a kitchen  supplies  than something that  imitates  the sound.  Fans  can  bring them to the match and if they don't own one, it can be purchased at the venue.  Do  you  think  they'll repeat the success of  Vuzuelas ?

Fearless raccoon

Have   you   seen  the  climbing raccoon? The  adventurous  raccoon climbed 25  floor s  and stole people's hearts. Last Saturday the animal  climbed  the USB Plaza building in Saint Paul ( Minnesota ). While the raccoon was going up, the whole group of  spectators:  journalists  and local onlookers were following his every step. Photos and videos of the raccoon went  viral on the internet with # MPRraccoon . Although everyone was rooting for him, they couldn't do anything to help him, because  it's impossible to open the  windows in the buildings.  Fo rtunately , everything ended up well: the raccoon after reaching the roof, was caught, transported in the cage and let free in more save place :)

Italian Cinema

I find watching movies one of the best way to  learn  a language. That's why since I've started to learn  Italian , I've watched a great deal of Italian movies.  Therefore,   I've  made a list of five of my favourite ones that I advise you to watch:   Cinema  Paradiso: directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, tells a story of Salvatore. The film presents the whole life of the protagonist: from the little boy that loves watching movies, till mature Salvatore, the  famous  director.   La  Pazza   Gioia : Giovanna and Beatrice suffer from the mental disturbs. They meet in  the  centre  for the  mentally  ill and  they manage to escape. Together they  part for a  travel that's about to change their lives.   Perfetti  Sconosciutti : five friends meet for a diner and one of them comes with an idea to play a game. Each of them  must  put its phone on the table and respond aloud on any message  they  receive.  From the nice diner, the  evenin g  becomes a

Italian raccomendations

No idea where to go on the holidays? I've selected three  interesting  Italian  destinations that I can recommend you.   Taormina: a small village on the east coast of Sicily. It's one of the most  beautiful places on the island. From the city  sit uated  on the  hill, you can admire the  breath-taking  view of  the seascape.  You  can even notice the Etna  volcano .  Taormina is located  close to Catania and  Syracuse, where you can go sightseeing. And if you are, by any chance,  T he Godfather 's  fan, you can visit the  nearby  city of Savoca where all the  scenes 'from Corleone'  were shot.   Verona: the city of Romeo and Juliet . It's a small, but very charming city. If you've ever seen  Letters to Juliet , you know that so called Casa di  Giulietta  still exists and attracts crowds of  tourists  from all over the world. Every girl wants to stand on the famous balcony and take a commemorative picture. But Verona is not only the locatio
